The compact size of the Genie AWP Super Series gives the user the ability to work with the machinery as close as 8 centimetres from a wall. The ability to work this closely makes tasks easier without having to utilize more than one machine to perform a single job. Being the smallest in the business, the efficiently designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a common feature that allows the operator to operate close to the job. These lightweight, small machines are able to fit through regular-sized doorways. Equipment models up to 9.1 meters, which are the AWP-40S and the AWP-36S models, do not need to be tilted back when going through standard-sized doorways due to the design of the tilt-back frame. The caster rocker and six-point wheel base system can be maneuvered easily around corners, over bumpy thresholds and over debris. Units are loaded easily onto trucks, also pickup trucks, due to the exclusive rear mast pivot bar and the lightweight design of the machines. For added versatility and ease of transport, there is an overhead crane attachment point, tie-down attachment points, lift truck pockets, and outrigger storage included.
User controls are user-friendly and easily accessed. Controls on the machines consist of a locking key switch, a dual-activated up/down switch, outrigger setup confirmation lights, and a low battery indicator. In the event of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature which allows for descent. This feature is standard on all DC and AC units.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is made utilizing aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user comfort and peace of mind through all working heights. Several units have platforms with a ground fault interrupter receptacle for portable use of power tools.
The numerous standard features available on each and every model are designed to fit the operator's needs and provide the ability to increase efficiency and safety for all of your application requirements.
