Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their machinery have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish all your needs, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and developed to be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to place loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being engineered and made all the time and would be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices are able to restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
